Physicals

Parents,

On the morning of Thursday March 19th, we will be taking students to TISD for a free Physical. We are passing out the forms today with your student.  We need these forms back no later than Thursday before the bus rolls out.  If this form is not signed by a parent or guardian your student will not be able to receive their physical, and the parent will be responsible for providing the student's physical.  This is for all students who participate in athletics or marching band.
